Ready to shake off the week and tune into your body and breath? Join facilitator Jason A. Karol on Friday, May 23, for an evening of rhythmic meditation, music, and free movement at “Life Alive – Drum Circle” in Hingham.

🧘 What to expect:

• A grounding guided meditation to open and close the night
• A freestyle drum circle—anyone can start a rhythm, everyone joins in
• All levels welcome—no experience needed!
• Dancers encouraged to move with the music and express freely
• A limited supply of drums will be available, so bring your own if you have one
